Service Desk Engineer (m/f/d)

Full-time • Remote/Hybrid📍 Hanau/Birstein or remote
Compensation
€45,000 – €65,000 + performance share

1st/2nd-line support for our bundle customers — workplace, M365, endpoint, identity. Including on-site visits in Rhine-Main.

As Service Desk Engineer you're the first point of contact for our bundle customers. You resolve tickets, run onboarding/offboarding flows, and keep our 'one contact' promise alive every single day.

What you'll do:

  • 1st/2nd-line support for Complete Workplace customers
  • Employee onboarding/offboarding at customer sites
  • Imaging and rollout of TERRA notebooks
  • M365/Entra/Defender configuration
  • On-site visits in Rhine-Main when needed
  • Maintain ticket system, knowledge base and SLA reporting

What you bring:

  • IT support, service desk or systems-house experience
  • Microsoft 365 / Windows / Entra basics
  • Strong German communication (English a plus)
  • Service mindset and problem-solving attitude

Nice to have:

  • +Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102)
  • +RMM/ticket-tool experience (NinjaOne, Datto, Autotask)
  • +Hornetsecurity/Defender experience
  • +Driver's licence (for on-site visits)
