Servers running smoothly

Your servers stay stable. If something wobbles, we see it before your team does.

Operations of your Windows and Linux servers with monitoring, patching, backup and licence care. Either in your server room or in a German data centre we operate for you.

How does a typical server takeover work?
On-site inventory, documented handover plan within two to four weeks — without downtime. We only take over once all access is documented and a backup has been verified.
What happens if a server fails on hardware?
We keep spares on hand or order via Wortmann with express delivery. For critical workloads we recommend hosting in our data centres with redundant infrastructure — a hardware failure becomes invisible to you.
Can the servers stay on our premises?
Yes, that is our default. We operate your servers in your own server room — with monitoring, patches, backup and on-site service. Migration to our data centres is optional, only sensible if the server room is being retired anyway.

How fast is a new employee equipped?
With an established onboarding process: three business days from request to ready-to-use notebook on the desk or at the door. Requires a one-off setup session with us to capture your image and permissions.
What happens when an employee leaves?
You tell us, we disable M365, Entra and all other accounts within five minutes. We pick up the notebook, securely wipe it, document the return. You receive an offboarding report.
Can we bring existing devices?
Existing devices can be added to patch and service-desk management if they meet the standard. For devices older than three years we recommend a step-by-step refresh — usually more economical because repairs add up.

Where is my data processed when using AI?
For Agenivo and agendly in our German data centres. For local LLM hosting, data stays exclusively on the machine assigned to you. Concrete data flows are documented transparently as an annex to the contract.
Can AI components connect to our existing systems?
Yes. Agenivo has connectors to common CRM, helpdesk and knowledge bases; agendly integrates with MS 365 or Google Workspace. Custom interfaces typically take 5 to 15 person days.
What does a private LLM on our infrastructure cost?
Setup fee depending on model size and integration, plus monthly compute subscription. For a 7B model with RAG against your documents we are usually in the low four-digit monthly range. Concrete offer after inventory.

Cloud & hosting

Your data and applications live in Germany. Period.

Sovereign hosting, backup storage and edge compute in German data centres — ISO 27001 certified, GDPR-compliant, no data leakage to US hyperscalers.

How secure are the data centres?
ISO 27001 certified, redundant power with UPS plus diesel generator, geo-redundant German data-centre sites, biometric access control. External audits multiple times per year — reports available on request.
Can we migrate without downtime?
In most cases yes. We set up replication, run in parallel, switch over in the maintenance window (typically a weekend). For VMware exit or larger migrations we draft a downtime plan with you — and we tell you honestly if we need brief downtime.
What happens to our data at contract end?
Contractually fixed: full data handover in your preferred format (full VM images, DB dumps, backup sets) within 30 days. Then verifiable deletion with audit log. No data lock-in.

Package 05 · For SMEs without their own IT department

IT Office Hours

You have someone who looks after IT — without putting an IT person on payroll.

Monthly on-site or online session for inventory, patch status, licences, small optimisations and roadmap. Hotline with a fixed business-hours response time, annual IT health check.

How does this differ from hourly billing?
You pay a flat fee, we come every month for 2 fixed hours — regardless of topic size. Over the year that gives much more stability than "only when something breaks". Plus we know your IT continuously instead of starting from zero each time.
What if I need more than 2 hours per month?
You can buy additional hours (1.5× contract rate) or escalate to our business-hours hotline beyond the office hours — normal business-hours response then applies. After three months of overuse we revisit the contract.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Minimum term 6 months (so inventory and onboarding pay off), then monthly with 30-day notice. No backdoor contracts.
