Our goal: to evolve from pure consulting to our own B2B enterprise software for small and medium-sized companies within the next two years. What you'll do:

✓Market Analysis & Strategy: Evaluate new markets and identify business opportunities
✓Customer Acquisition: Actively approach potential customers, build and maintain business relationships
✓Sales & Support: First point of contact for customer inquiries, support prospects and existing customers
✓Supplier Management: Research and contact potential partners and service providers
✓Administrative Support: Organize day-to-day management operations
✓Project Support: Operational support for our transformation projects
✓Quality Assurance: Occasional support with software acceptance testing

What you bring:

•Commercial training (e.g., Office Management, Industrial Management) or comparable qualification
•Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
•Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
•Independent, structured working style with high self-motivation
•High willingness to learn and flexibility
•Affinity for digital topics and software
•Ability to work independently and act proactively

Nice to have:

+Initial experience in B2B sales or business development
+Basic knowledge in IT/software sector
+Experience in start-ups or small companies
